Petcare Policy

Introduction: At Always Home Petcare LLC, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and ensuring the well-being and safety of every pet entrusted to us. This Petcare Policy outlines our guidelines and standards to maintain a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment for all animals in our care. By utilizing our services, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.

 

1. General Care:

1.1. Always Home Petcare LLC will provide food, fresh water, and a clean living environment for all pets under our care, adhering to the specific instructions provided by the pet owner.

1.2. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the pet’s regular routine, including feeding, exercise, and medication schedules as specified by the owner.

1.3. We will handle all pets with care, compassion, and respect, utilizing positive reinforcement techniques whenever possible.

1.4. If a pet requires medical attention or displays signs of illness or injury, we will contact the pet owner and follow their instructions or seek veterinary care as necessary, ensuring the pet’s well-being.

 

2. Safety and Security:

2.1. All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations as recommended by a licensed veterinarian. Proof of vaccinations may be requested before services are provided.

2.2. Pets should wear proper identification tags at all times, including the owner’s contact information.

2.3. We will take precautions to prevent escapes, including securely closing gates, doors, and fences. However, Always Home Petcare LLC will not be held responsible for any loss or injury resulting from a pet’s escape due to unforeseen circumstances.

2.4. While in our care, pets will not be left unattended for excessive periods. Adequate supervision and monitoring will be provided at all times.

2.5. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for any pet displaying aggressive behavior that may pose a threat to the safety of our staff or other pets. We will make every effort to notify the owner in such cases.

 

3. Client Communication:

3.1. Always Home Petcare LLC encourages open and transparent communication with our clients. We will promptly respond to inquiries, concerns, and requests for updates regarding the pet’s well-being while in our care.

3.2. Clients should provide accurate and detailed information about their pet’s health, behavior, and specific care instructions to ensure their needs are met effectively.

3.3. We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information unless explicitly authorized to share or disclose such information.

 

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy:

4.1. All service bookings should be made in advance, and cancellations or changes should be communicated at least 48 hours before for a full refund, 24 hours before for a 50% refund. No call or no show will result in no refunds being issued.  

4.2. Failure to cancel or reschedule within the specified time may result in a cancellation fee.

4.3. Always Home Petcare LLC reserves the right to refuse or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including inclement weather, natural disasters, or emergencies.

 

5. Liability:

5.1. Always Home Petcare LLC will not be held liable for any illness, injury, loss, or damage that may occur to a pet during or following the provision of our services, unless it is a result of our negligence or misconduct.

5.2. Clients are responsible for any veterinary expenses, including but not limited to illness, injury, or disease that occurs during the pet’s stay in our care.

5.3. It is recommended that clients carry appropriate insurance coverage to protect against any unforeseen incidents.
