1. Booking and Cancellation:

1.1. Service bookings can be made in advance through our website, mobile application, or by contacting us directly.

1.2. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled visit for full refund.  24 hours prior to the scheduled visit for 50% refund. No call, no show will result in no refunds to be issued. Cancellations or changes made within the specified time frame may be eligible for a refund as outlined below.

2.1. Full Refunds: You may be eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • Service Cancellations: If you cancel a service booking within the specified cancellation period.
  • Service Unavailability: If we are unable to provide the requested service due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.

2.2. Partial Refunds: In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued based on the following scenarios:

a. Proportional Refunds: If you cancel or end a service before its completion, a refund may be issued for the remaining unused portion of the service.

b. Service Modification: If you modify a service booking resulting in a decrease in the service duration or scope, a refund may be provided for the difference.

3.2. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and will be made within a reasonable timeframe.

3.3. Please note that refund amounts may be subject to deductions for any applicable fees, such as transaction fees or non-refundable deposits, as outlined at the time of booking.

 

4. Non-Refundable Services:

4.1. Some services may be non-refundable, and this will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Examples of non-refundable services include but are not limited to special events, customized packages, or services provided during peak periods.
